Sales & Marketing Associate

  • Full-time, in person
  • Base salary plus commission

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated college student or recent graduate who is passionate about interior design and/or furniture design and ready to begin a career in the industry. This entry-level role combines showroom sales with core marketing responsibilities, offering hands-on experience with Italian design, client relationships and brand building from day one.

Responsibilities — Sales

  • Welcome showroom visitors and guide clients to furniture that suits their space and style
  • Build lasting client relationships and follow up on opportunities through to sale
  • Develop strong product knowledge across our collections and Italian manufacturers

Responsibilities — Marketing

  • Manage all in-store communication
  • Create and publish content across our social media channels
  • Design visual campaigns for promotions, new arrivals and seasonal events
  • Create and maintain product tags on all showroom pieces and vignettes (styled room displays)

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or abilities in interior design and/or marketing. Knowledge of CAD (computer-aided design) software, such as SketchUp or Revit, is a plus.
