We want everyone to be able to explore our furniture and use our website comfortably, whatever their abilities or the device they use.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA — the widely used standard for accessible websites.
We review our website as we add new pages and features, and fix problems as we find them.
If anything on our website is difficult to use, we will help you another way — by phone, by email or in our showroom.

What we have done

Images have text descriptions for screen readers.
Buttons, links and icons are labelled so their purpose is clear.
Text is set at a comfortable reading size.
Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on phones and tablets.
Menus can be used with a keyboard and closed with the Esc key.
Videos, moving product rows and animations slow down or stop if your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations

Some content comes from other companies and may not be fully accessible:

The showroom map, provided by Google Maps.
Videos played through YouTube.
The financing application, which takes place on the Wells Fargo website.
