Payment
Your balance is due 48 hours before delivery or pickup. If it is not paid by then, the delivery or pickup is rescheduled.
We confirm your balance in writing before delivery and give you a receipt for every payment.
Before disputing any charge with your bank or card issuer, contact us and allow 10 business days for a response. Your signature on your sales agreement is your authorization of the charges on your sales order.
A chargeback filed on merchandise already delivered or picked up does not cancel the amount owed; the balance remains payable while the dispute is resolved.
Returned checks carry a 5% service charge (O.C.G.A. § 13-6-15). If an unpaid balance is referred to an attorney, you pay attorney's fees under O.C.G.A. § 13-1-11 plus court and collection costs.
Refunds due under these terms go back to the original form of payment within 10 business days of approval.
