All items in like new condition, excluding final sale, clearance, and custom order items/sales orders, may be returned within 5 days of delivery for store credit.

A pickup fee, not to exceed the original delivery amount, will be charged to bring back any returned item.

Returned items that are not picked up by Italia Furniture will be subject to inspection - returns will not be accepted if there is transportation damage if the customer transports the items.

Clearance and final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery/pickup.


If a customer fails to show for a scheduled delivery or if the space is not cleared before arrival, the customer forfeits his/her delivery slot and will be charged 50% of the delivery charge as a ‘NO SHOW’ fee.

A delivery is subject to cancellation if balances are not settled two days before delivery.

Italia Furniture requires a minimum 30% deposit on any item being held for over 2 weeks.

Italia Furniture will store purchased products at no charge for up to 12 weeks.

After 12 weeks, a 5% storage fee on undelivered items will be charged every four weeks.

Furniture will not be delivered until all fees are paid.

If a customer requires Italia Furniture to store items for greater than 12 weeks, special arrangements must be documented.

Delivery fees are non-refundable after a team has made an attempt.

A $100 fee will be charged if a delivery is rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.



Italia Furniture will honor all manufacturer’s warranties on regular purchases unless otherwise noted.

Customer acknowledges Italia Furniture will not honor warranty on all final/clearance purchases unless noted.

For an additional amount, Italia Furniture can offer comprehensive accidental protection coverage.


Motion furniture such as recliners and sleeper sofas have many heavy moving parts.

Italia Furniture is not responsible for injuries caused by mechanisms in products with motion.


Special orders may, without penalty, be canceled or changed within five business days.

Custom orders cannot be canceled nor altered after five business days.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid on the full purchase price of a custom order - deposits are refundable only within the 5 business day period.

Italia Furniture quotes the best estimated date of arrival; however, in the event of a delay, the order is not entitled to cancellation, compensation, or discount.


Sales tax is based on the delivery address.

In the state of Georgia, delivery charges are taxable.

Tax exempt sales must provide documentation of tax/business ID as well as complete a tax exemption form.

If a customer charges back their purchase or custom order, the customer is liable for all legal fees incurred to settle balances.
