Return & Store Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. All clearance and final sale items are final and cannot be returned, canceled or exchanged after purchase.
  2. There will be no refunds or exchanges on all regular items three days after delivery. If a delivery has to be rescheduled to pick up an item, the customer must pay either the original delivery amount or a minimum of $80.00.
  3. There is a 30% restocking charge for returns on delivered sales and floor items that have been taken off the showroom floor for purchase.
  4. There are no returns on accessories (art pieces, small pieces, area rugs)

DELIVERY

    1. Minimum fee for delivery is $80.00 within the Metro Atlanta area.
    2. Deliveries on bedroom furniture sets start at $120.00 within the Metro Atlanta area.
    3. Deliveries outside Metro Atlanta will be calculated on a case by case basis.
    4. If a customer fails to show for a scheduled delivery, the customer will be charged a minimum of $80.00 or the original delivery amount for a rescheduling.
    5. All remaining balance must be paid before items can be delivered.

    WARRANTY

    1. For warranty claims, Italia Furniture will do its best to work with the manufacturer and customer; however, Italia Furniture is not responsible for paying warranty claims or servicing replacement claims.
    2. For an additional amount, Italia Furniture can offer accidental protection coverage.
    3. For repairable warranty claims, Italia Furniture will work with the manufacturer to dispatch a certified technician.

    LAYAWAY

    1. Layaway term is limited to 90 days with a minimum deposit of 30%.
    2. If the purchaser cancels a layaway purchase, the deposit will be forfeited, not exceeding
    3. 30% of the purchase price.

    CAUTION

    1. Motion furniture such as recliners and sleeper sofas have many moving parts. Caution must be exercised when operating these items.

    SPECIAL ORDERS

    1. Special orders may, without penalty, be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If for any reason a customer fails to take delivery of a special order, all deposit on the item will be forfeited.
    2. A minimum deposit of 50% must be paid on the full purchase price of a custom order.
    3. Italia Furniture quotes the best estimated date of arrival; however in the unlikely event of a delay, the order is not entitled to any compensation or discount.
    4. Special order items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled after 24 hours of purchase.
