Furniture Protection Plan
When you protect your furniture investment with Italia Furniture's Montage Furniture Services (MFS) Protection Plan, you can relax knowing that when mishaps happen we’re here to help put your mind at ease and return your furniture to looking beautiful.
Our protection plan distinguishes itself from its competitors by offering personal, fast and friendly service — delivered by experienced furniture industry experts. The protection plan covers your purchase for 5 years.
Protection plan costs 10% of your purchase price. A minimum charge of $100 applies, and the cost of a protection plan is capped at $550.
When a covered accident occurs, your plan will deliver:
- Expert assistance from live customer service representatives
- Helpful tips and products
- In-home service from a certified, professional technicial when nessecary
- Furniture replacement when we can't repair the covered problem. If one item in a group needs to be replaced and is no longer in product, we will replace the entire set.
- No deductible
Our Protection Plan covers the following
Mechanical & Structural breakdowns as a result of:
- Breakage of frames or springs
- Breakage of panels*
- Breakage of mechanisms including sleeper mechanisms, reclining mechanisms and heating/vibrating mechanisms
- Failure of integral electrical components
- Lifting of veneers*
- Warping*
- Loss of silvering on mirrors*
Unintentional & and accidental damage from handling, including all stains:
- Dye transfer onto surfance of upholstry
- Punctures, rips or burns
- Liquid marks, rings or household heat marks
- Gouges, dents, scratches or chips that penetrate the finish exposing the substrate
- Nail polish remover
- Checking, cracking, bubbling or peeling of finish caused by a specific incident
- Glass or mirror chipping, breakage or scratches
